Set up your phone, TV and internet service at your new address
Forward your mail and notify any subscription services of your new address
Notify utility providers of your move and arrange for connections at your new home
Notify solicitors, banks, and other important contacts of your change of address

Think about plants and pets - do they need special attention on the day
Start emptying the foods contents of your freezer.
